Provides subject matter knowledge for Military response to incidents involving Chemical, Biological, Nuclear, Radiological, and High Yield Explosive (CBRNE). Represent company interests at events, meetings and teleconferences. Lead point of contact with the Department of Defense for Stemrad equipment and testing.

Serves as the Deputy Commander of the 32nd Civil Support Team (CST) Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD). Responsible for organizing, training, equipping, and leading a highly specialized rapid response team to provide support to local authorities during incidents involving WMD or natural disasters. Responsible for command and control of the 32nd CST in the absence of the commander, coordinating the actions of the CST sections, coordinating and interfacing with federal, state, and other emergency specific agencies, liaison with supported agencies, and reach back to chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosive subject matter experts. Responsible for managing the CST budget, serving as the unit Resource Manager, serving as the unit Public Affairs Officer, and ensuring unit compliance for all related CST inspections.

Commander of a Combined Explosive Exploitation Cell (CEXC) Level 2 Laboratory responsible for conducting collection and the forensic exploitation or all IED materials originating from Regional Commands East, North and Capital. Supervises the CEXC IED reporting process and chain-of-custody of IED materials from area of support and onward movement to Level 3 facilities for further analysis and exploitation. Supervises the development of bomb-maker profiles and disseminates information to maneuver forces and CJSOTF targeting cells. Team Leader of a deployed CBRNE Response Team (CRT) with an on-order mission to conduct WMD elimination operations, technical escort, and CBRNE incident response operations in support of combatant commanders.

EOD Operations Officer for G-3 Operations Section of a FORSCOM Support Command composed of 6,000 Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and High-Yield Explosives (CBRNE) military and civilian specialist responsible to deploy as a Joint Task Force - Elimination (JTF-E) in support of Combatant Commanders, Combined and Joint Task Force Land Component Commanders, and supported Lead Federal Agencies engaged in combating WMD operations. Monitors, coordinates, synchronizes and supervises operations of two Active Component Ordnance (EOD) Groups, on AC Chemical Brigade, and on ARNG Ordnance (EOD) Group. Coordinated technical reach-back support to deployed CBRNE forces from a multi-service/inter-agency partner network. Battle Captain for the JTF-E during real world incidents and exercises. Serves as liaison to National Guard Bureau and the 111th Ordnance Group (EOD)(ARNG)

Assistant Team Chief and EOD Operations Officer of a DOD worldwide deployable team which has a mission to detect, identify, monitor, render safe, package, transport, mitigate and escort biological and chemical agents in support of the National Command Authority, theater combatant commanders, Special Operations Command, local, State, and Federal agencies; provide technical advice and emergency response assistance to Federal agencies in support of designated National Security Events (NSE) and national contingencies involving suspected use of chemical or biological agents; responsible for the health, welfare, morale, and professional development of a fourteen member team; account for $3 million dollars worth of team equipment; maintain and account for all EOD equipment that is assigned to the unit.

Team leader of a highly specialized Explosive Ordnance Disposal Response Team with a worldwide peacetime and wartime rapid deployment mission to locate, render safe, mitigate or neutralize, package, and escort chemical/biological weaponized and non-weaponized material in support of the Special Operations Command, theater CINCs, United States Secret Service, FBI, State Department and other agencies in classified and special contingency operations; deploys in support of formerly used defense (FUD) site remediation projects
