My practice includes real estate finance and development, corporate and business law, and partnership law and taxation. I represent financial institutions, community development organizations, and real estate developers in commercial loan and equity capital transactions, including the use of historic rehabilitation tax credits and low income housing credits in limited partnerships and limited liability companies.I am a Fellow in the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL) and a member of the American Bar Association sections of taxation and business law. I am rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and ranked among Kentucky Real Estate attorneys by Chambers USA, and listed in the Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers. I am also active in civic organizations that promote affordable housing, historic preservation and urban redevelopment.
