I have been a litigator for nearly thirty years, primarily handling municipal civil rights, employment, commercial landlord-tenant, Constitutional tort and insurance defense matters, from the pre-suit stage through appeal. I am AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and have argued successfully before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit on many occasions, as well as before the various New York State appellate courts. Our firm is AV-rated and handles litigation throughout New York State, with the majority of our practice centering in southern New York State and the New York City greater metropolitan area.
