I am an IT professional with 20+ years' experience at senior management and executive level. I have built up extensive knowledge of the Financial Services sector having worked for blue chip organisations such as Santander, Liberty Mutual and TPICAP. During that time I have built teams overseeing the delivery of large scale development programmes and transformational change. Throughout my career I have "worn many hats", Developer, Analyst, Project Manager, Development Manager, Director etc. I therefore have a broad perspective on what it takes to build a successful IT organisation from the ground up. I enjoy my role because it offers an opportunity to work across a broad range of disciplines, affords autonomy with challenge and provides real opportunities to grow and develop. I see myself as a strong team player who strives for excellence. I am passionate about developing a great workplace and culture where great people can develop and grow outstanding careers. I love building great teams with collaboration at their core but never lose sight of the importance of delivering strong results. Technology for me has always been a "hobby" so learning about and looking for opportunities to apply it is second nature. I have a BSc Hons in Computer Science, MBA and am IOD certified.
