As a Technical Analyst for BerryDunn, I have provided guidance and planning services for the State of Alaska Office of Children’s Services (OCS) as it conducted a Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) feasibility study to determine its next course of action in redeveloping its child welfare information management application. He had primary technical responsibility for the creation of a feasibility study, options analysis, Interim Advance Planning Document (IAPD), cost-benefit analysis (CBA) and system Request for Proposal (RFP). Robert provides subject matter and implementation expertise to multiple state child welfare agencies. As Family First Prevention Services Act Project Manager, I was responsible for coordinating and executing a multi-phase project plan to align Montana's child and family service landscape with the Family First Prevention Services Act (FFPSA). I created a practice roadmap for the Department of Public Health and Human Services, Division of Child and Family Services. Using the practice roadmap as a guide, the project validated existing efforts against the FFPSA, and made adjustments to bring the state of Montana into compliance with the act by October of 2021.

I led a project to assess the Wisconsin Statewide Automated Child Welfare System, serving more than 50,000 families, and guide the DCF in planning an information management system investment of more than $50 million.
