Define and automate processes that support Engineering, Product Management, and UX, as we build best-in-class EFS, ECM, Machine Learning, and Privacy (eg GDPR) features to cement Google Drive’s position as the industry leader in the Enterprise Cloud Storage space. Lead yearly and quarterly planning for the entire organization. Prepare the leadership team for quarterly exec reviews and weekly project reviews. Recruit, train, and manage the Drive T/PgM team in support of the above goals.Also responsible for crafting metrics, processes, and reporting to influence the development roadmap for Google Drive, based on the experiences of our Enterprise customers, including a significant focus on supportability. Drive is a technically complex product, so this entails reviewing design docs, understanding the product architecture, and engaging the correct teams within the organization, in order to recommend appropriate changes (features and bug fixes) with supporting data.

Built a team of over 150 developers, QA, and project managers at multiple sites around the world to engineer and release customized mobile solutions to a large portfolio of clients, including Google, Amazon, Motorola, Samsung, Barnes & Noble. Improved delivery tempo of the Quickoffice Android organization from <1 release a week to nearly "at will" to meet client quality and customization expectations. Adapted Scrum and Kanban processes as appropriate (based on team culture and project goals) for different teams and activities. Analyzed and improved quality management processes, including defect triage, test strategy, metrics, and tools, creating a roadmap of improvements to execute on.

Defined processes, selected tools, and interfaced with clients to execute projects to customize and obtain shipping acceptance of our app with external clients (such as Amazon, Cisco, HP, Google, Motorola, and Samsung) as well as “aftermarket” channels.

Defined quality processes and metrics to set “release ready” bars for Quickoffice products. As the key interface to all clients of our Android product, acted as the “voice of the customer”, promoting honest and clear status communications to clients. Run weekly status call to report release results and metrics to the exec team.

Expanded our test automation framework up for the UMTS/GPRS Packet Core to simulate over 1M BHCA in soak testing. Participated in release planning to create test estimates and test strategies. Interface to vendor team of test engineers.

Built an MGTS-based test automation framework for the UMTS SGSN from the ground up, including creation of test automation scripts for traffic and capacity testing, simulating high call activity across 3GPP Iu, Gi and other network interfaces.
