With 7 years and counting experience in the construction industry with experience in specialty excavation and heavy equipment sales. I have understood that each is unique and every project brings different challenges and the industry environment is constantly changing and improving. Which makes my career exciting due to the fact that everyday is different! As business development manager and my role as estimator with JCH Construction Inc. I have been responsible for all customer relations and project quotes. But I wasn't always in this role I started from the ground up from being a laborer shoveling in the ditch to becoming a operator and learning all large heavy equipment such as rock-saw trenchers, excavators, loaders, backhoes. And I learned how to use this equipment at a high level to provide the best results for the task at hand. This upbringing gave me a very strong understanding of the construction industry and what the most effective techniques were to get from A to B. This made me bring my strategy of when I go meet a customer I want them to feel like I am there family and have been there since day one. And by creating these relationships I have been able to get consistent feedback which therefore has made it possible for me to constantly have a strong understanding of each customers wants and needs and the current market around me. Which brought me to my current role as an outside sales representative in the heavy equipment and construction technology industry. My upbringing in the industry has gained me a wealth of knowledge to better serve my customers and truly understand their needs and daily challenges and help them solve their daily issues and have successful projects with providing world class customer service.
