My background includes experience across beef production, R&D and quality control, but I am best known for bringing a fresh perspective to drive future success and efficiency.As chief sustainability officer for National Beef, I am responsible for further defining, implementing and providing ongoing stewardship of National Beef’s overall sustainability plan. I continue to develop and lead sustainability operations companywide to identify, measure, benchmark, and communicate National Beef’s sustainability best practices and commitments.
