• Managed DB2 databases for internal client 'Bank of America Direct' client as well as trading applications. • Synced contingency database to production using HADR in DB2. • Worked with both the single node and multi node DPF environments • Created K Shell scripts to automate common tasks such as daily health checks, backups, grooms, DBMS restarts, host backups and statistics. • Built and concurrently managed 23 different Netezza servers for various reporting and risk management trading applications. • Lead DBA on project for appliance relocation.
