Spending the last 20 years in leadership positions in agribusiness, I have been fortunate enough to lead teams and companies with more than $400M in revenue. It’s in these roles that I learned just how isolating it is at the top, and how many decisions leaders must make in the “gray area.” Using my experience in c-level leadership roles, I strive to help CEOs and business owners find clarity in the gray. After serving as the President and CEO of Premier Cooperative, I started my coaching practice, Gray Matters, a firm specializing in coaching leaders in agribusiness.Leveraging my diverse investment-based and cooperative-backed business models, I am passionate about helping leaders improve clarity, make better decisions, and create a better life. My members are high-integrity executives who value trusted peer and coach feedback, a unique perspective, and sharing experiences. My mission is to partner with elite leaders to examine where life-balance, humility, and a sense of service lead to improving clarity when faced with the evolving gray in both business and personal development.
