Efficiently revised the design work done by outsourced drafting teams.- Research of building codes, state and countries regulations to ensure that the project is legally authorized and achieve the standards fixed.- Assistant to the Project Coordinator in the coordination with authorities, consultants and clients, from planning to design development, of different urban planning and residential projects.- Assistant to the Project Architect in the coordination with materials suppliers to find innovative solutions for projects, reducing costs and the environmental impact meeting the EU standards.- Asssistant to the Construction Coordinator in the coordination with developers and engineering in site visits to inspection the construction works, site health and safety standards.- Elaborated technical reports and surveys of buildings and constructions.- Designed, edited and published the book “Bammp Architects 2000-2010” to commemorate the last 10 years of works, for a presentation to the major authorities and clients.- Implemented from the expierence learned in the US, of digital fabrications techniques: Laser Cutter, 3d Printer and BIM/Digital Modeling Systems as part of the design process, reducing costs and increasing projects’ quality.
