CurrentThe sole function of ROBERT F. CASSIANI ASSOCIATES, INC. is to recruit top talent for the clients we serve. Our firm has nation-wide affiliate relationships with a number of quality recruiters to complement our search process, expand market exposure and candidate access. Our goal is to work with the hiring principals to determine the positions technical requisites, the successful candidate's ideal background, education, and personality characteristics. We also want to understand your corporate culture and what makes people successful in your corporation. We have learned to ask the right questions and listen well. We stay focused on clients' stated wants and desires.Once we have a thorough understanding of your organization and the position requisites, we will develop a target list of companies to source potential candidates and referrals. We will search our data bases and consult with affiliates in developing a slate of candidates. At your request, we will also target specific companies or individuals you may identify.When candidates are identified and interviewed, you will receive a written report and our evaluations, recommendations. We must have a strong working relationship with your team. Continual and timely communications with your designated point person and candidates is crucial. No exceptions. We need your candidate feedback to help refine and direct our efforts. We refuse to keep candidates hanging or clients not updated. Normally, we will conduct background checks on the final candidate. The extent and areas investigated will be defined by the client. We will participate in the offer and negotiating processes. Also, maintaining a dialogue with the chosen candidate for at least the first three months of employment is important to help facilitate a smooth, successful transition.We are proud of the clients served, the repeat business earned, the many professional friendships developed along the way.
