Scrum Master - PSM- Hired as a DPM/Scrum Master working with 3 Agile Teams on 3 aligned product groups specifically Revenue Cycle, XM and ACM where I ran daily standups and all Scrum, Kanban, and Agile events.- All teams were on 2-week sprints with all agile ceremonies aligned to that cadence.Big Room Planning- We transitioned over to big room planning within 3 months of my start.- This included me providing all the scheduling for all Big Room events, 4 days onsite for our first Big Room planning event and my 3 areas consisted of 250 people in the Kansas City area and another 150 people in Bangalore including PMs, POs, Engineers, Testers, Release specialists and leadership.- We continued this cadence through the beginning of Covid and when Covid began we switched over to doing all our Big Room planning events completely virtual.Scaled Agile Framework – SAFe 2022 through 2023- At the beginning of 2022 we moved to implement the full Scaled Agile Framework 5.0 enterprise wide.- My role at the beginning of this implementation was Program Manager and Release Train Engineer.- Two additional RTEs were assigned to me, and I transitioned over to a Solution Train Engineer and Agile Program Management role.SAFe Practice Consultant - SPC- Completed the SAFe Agilist and Safe for Teams certification.- Completed the SAFe Practitioner Certification and am currently up to SAFe 6.0 certification with certifications including SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Release Train Engineer, SAFe Portfolio Management

Project Manager- Led a variety of software implementations with an extensive list of clients on large national accounts to increase client workflows by 40% on average.- My work focused on software implementations from design, implementation through testing and user training and progressed from local area development project manager to senior program manager.Senior Project Manager- I transitioned to alignment with the PMO to mentor project coordinators and project managers resulting in several PM successfully achieving their PMP certification.- My day-to-day role moved from Project Manager to Program Manager where I was responsible for multiple projects that rolled up into programs.- At the program level my work involved building cross functional program teams that feed status reports and performance metrics to directors and VPs across many functional areas of the organization.
