Have directly worked in the London insurance market as a Marine Placing Broker and a Liability Claims Broker for approx 10 years before entering the Insurance Recruitment industry in 1996.Was Director of the Insurance Recruitment division at Joslin Rowe Associates for 5 years prior to starting my own independent Insurance Specialist Recruitment Consultancy - Thomas Kenard Limited.Was based in London City EC3 and handled recruitment for all sectors of the insurance market - Brokers, Underwriters, Claims Consultancies and Risk Management. Specialties were : Recruitment for all levels of experience and salary requirements associated to the London and regional INSURANCE markets.Decided on a complete career change from recruitment to carpentry and (in partnership with 1 other) started Urban Dens Limited Bespoke Garden Rooms. Aside from the design and build of Garden Rooms we have also completed a multitude of other projects including single and double storey house extensions, loft conversions, new timber frame builds and a variety of other carpentry and building services.
