Previously, Robert served as the Chief Product Officer for Syntellis Performance Solutions, a Thoma Bravo and Madison Dearborn backed organization that exited at 15 times Syntellis expected EBITDA. As the President of Technology Solutions at IntegraConnect, this founder led company received public entity investment tripling its valuation. As Chief Product Officer of Navicure, a Bain Capital backed company that merged with ZirMed to become WayStar, it’s 2019 exit represented 3.4X return. Prior to engaging in private equity baked ventures, Robert spent 14 years at McKesson, the largest Health IT Company in the United States. In the role of CTO he managed a R&D portfolio of over 150 software products, 26 development organizations and a $500M R&D budget. Robert earned a master’s in international business administration from Auburn University and a bachelor’s degree in Pre-Law and Public Administration from Columbus State University, executive education series from Harvard University, and holds a CISCO Certification from EC- Council.
