-Designed manifold with orifices in Creo, set flow rate requirements using literature and system capability, and used excel to calculate the range of pressures to be in the required flow rate range and the pressure difference between orifices ensuring even flow.-Performed requirements decomposition for customer thruster requirements doc, translating to rebuild plan for atmospheric test stand including initial schedule and major costs breakdown.-Implemented an error propagation analysis for performance variables (C*, CF, etc.) to allow for easier sensor uncertainty requirements from performance variable uncertainties.-Took ownership propellant purging system from initial design to build procedures and implementation.-Rapidly set up a Data Acquisition system using National Instrument’s (NI) cDAQ system and LabView for load cell verification and resonant frequency tests on thrust measurement system.-Used Creo Piping to design tubing interface geometry for vacuum chamber and connection systems.-Gained familiarity with Windchill wtpart structure and change/release control.

−Coded, designed, built, and developed valve driver with programable current limiting capabilities with LabVIEW for use for thruster valves.−Performed fluids and thermodynamic analysis on supersonic two stage vacuum ejector system, coding tools in Julia to process test data, and writing reports on test data analysis and conclusions.−Supported a hot fire test on a hypergolic thruster, calculating and interpreting thruster performance values such as characteristic velocity and thrust coefficient and helping setup DAQ, valve driver, and thruster mounting system.−Created and reviewed FMEA on test stand feed system and vacuum system.−Designed and made changes to components in Creo Windchill PLM for thruster mounting to thrust measurement sensor.

-Used Fusion 360 to created drawings of a H2 fuel cell anode and cathode end plate, flow pattern, current collector, and bus bar with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing. -Used SolidWorks to design an assembly for an H2 detection system and cases for PCBs.-Applied Microsoft Access and Excel to make databases and signal connection lists for different ranges of fuel cell test stands.-Contacted contractors to evaluate the implementation of their flow meters into the fuel cell test stands.-Designed in Fusion 360 connector concepts to make more durable ribbon and Molex connector using pogo pins.-Used additive manufacturing to quickly manufacture, test, and the redesign the models I made.
