The Robert Ciasulli Auto Group has grown with one common motto “We turn customers into friends” and one strategy for success “Service, Reliability and Quality”. The Auto Group has spanned over sixty years and three generations selling well over one million vehicles. Many employees of the Auto Group were originally hired by Ciasulli’s father and are friends as well as the backbone of their past, present and future success. Employees of the Auto Group are able to share in this success through a 401K plan and by earning cash and gift awards for family and friend referrals that culminates in a yearly drawing where $5000 is given away to a lucky employee at the annual family company picnic. For four years the Robert Ciasulli Auto Group was presenting sponsor of the Garden State Games, an Olympic style event for residents of New Jersey from ages 7 to 70. Seeing a need to raise public awareness for the Games and to raise funds due to state budget cuts, Robert Ciasulli created and sponsored the Torch Relay Event, the largest ever held in the state’s history traveling over nine days through 24 towns and every county for a total of over 500 miles. The Auto Group has also sponsored many 5K runs and golf tournaments for charity.
