Create product manuals for end-customer use. Write test procedures for production. Interface with Engineering, Production and Purchasing to establish time lines for production.Administer and maintain company network of computers and terminals (UNIX based). Write custom COBOL reports to extract system data. Maintain company PCs. Evaluate and select new ERP system. Oversee installation of new ERP Software and Windows NT Server. Create system policies, procedures and documentation. Install software on company PCs. Train employees on how to use new ERP system.
