Coordinates with vendors for set up of the vendors’ profile in ARC; internal or external accounting staff for receipt/invoice maintenance.• Coordinates port arrangements with Marine Operations/Technical Services managers and ship's agent. Organizes air, truck and sea freight and hazardous freight shipments to the vessel in foreign and domestic ports. Codes each individual piece for various departments. Works with Ship's agent and Lamont Traffic Department to ensure that all shipments reach port, clear customs and are delivered to the vessel during port calls.• Makes small dollar department purchases using the p-card. Reconciles all department p-cards in accordance with ARC monthly closing schedule. Review/process travel reimbursement to ensure compliance with university policy. Maintains p-card and travel reimbursement archive receipts for retrieval, i.e.: audits, etc.

Emphasis was in the IT environments both on the vessel and in the Office of Marine Operations.
