This hands-on experience in both airlines and general aviation has given me an invaluable understanding of the challenges faced by pilots and the critical importance of safety protocols.In addition to my aviation background, I hold qualifications in law with a special interest in labour law and workplace health and safety. This multidisciplinary knowledge allows me to approach industry challenges from a comprehensive perspective, analysing legal frameworks, implementing robust safety protocols, and promoting employee welfare.
