As the Director of Investigations & Support I oversee the day to day operations of Live Analyst department and the Support team. I also visit sites to train new or current clients on how to effectively use eConnect software for data mining and generating internal and external cases. I teach clients how to use POS Connect software, Casino Connect which includes Baccarat IShoe / Smart shoe, BJ Countdown, Player Ratings, TITO, Slots Systems and Cash Counting and Dispensing machines. I generate quarterly reports for clients who pay for Live Analyst hours on the department’s productivity. I also work closely with the support team to insure clients are running eConnect software at its optimal level.

Monitoring of the entire casino to include table games, cage, bars, race and sports book and retail outlets. During my shift I would look for P&P violations, card counters, overpays and internal / external theft. I would write reports for any violations or theft observed. Working day shift a large portion of my time was spent data mining and creating internal case. I was also allowed to do floor walks, shop employees and sit on interview.
