-Filled a critical manning gap in the Group's Standards & Evaluations flight for the Screener Evaluator position.--Administered over 30 evaluations in four critical mission positions.--Led the Trends Analysis program, identifying possible negative patterns in individual evaluation sections to remedy training or evaluation process shortfalls.--Managed the staff's largest program, Evaluations Management, where the status of 650 member's qualifications were tracked and reported to the wing.-Operated Distributed Common Ground System Five weapon systems ISO real-world ISR missions analyzing 94 U-2/RQ-4 missions and produced EO/IR/RDR/UAS/AGI/MASINT imagery graphics.-Executed over 1,000 hours of FMV support to coalition forces in various positions:--Created 130 graphics depicting pre & post-strike imagery for MC-12 missions.--Outlined HVI follow locations and created 50 pre-infiltration graphics for SOF FMV operations.--Screened SOF UAV msns ISO coalition forces resulting in the protection of friendlies & 55 enemies KIA.-Supervised five geospatial intelligence craftsman, one of which achieved the rank of Senior Airman (Below the Zone) six months ahead of schedule and later moved on to an enlisted-to-officer program in the USAF.
