As Head of Operations I'm strategically responsible for our operational efforts and organization including our employees who are working with sales and headhunting. I'm also responsible for reaching our revenue targets and responsible for our investments in marketing, social media and communication efforts towards our target group (sales professionals).

As Account Manager I was responsible for bringing in new customers and retaining existing ones through Mini Media's native advertisement service. I was responsible to lead the media project and keep a close contact with the assigned journalist, and to continuously update the results and statistics to my customers. Some of the most important customers I worked with was Swedavia and Eductus. I quit the employment because of the chance I got to start up Closers within the recruitment industry.

As Office Manager I was responsible for running and developing one of Makalös' sales offices both strategically and operationally. Main tasks included organizational development, recruiting, setting guidelines, routines and employee development. We had a huge success together since the sales office grew from 21-116 sales agents in less than 12 months.

A part-time employment during my studies. As Staffing Responsible I kept a close contact with both customers and consultants and had the responsibility to cover our customers staffing needs. A very service orientated work were I always had to be prepared and take action for our customers needs.

As sales rep at Makalös I sold paper and magazine subscriptions B2C and B2B through cold calling. A great experience that has laid the foundation of my career. Makalös was a great place to develop my skills in sales.
