Skills Inc. is a social enterprise (a self-funding non-profit) that employs persons with disabilities. Web Site Redesign – Lead project manager for redesigning and enhancing the functionality of the nutrition web pages. Managed the development of back-end database tools to receive nutrition data from manufacturers and streamlined the process in which nutrition data is posted on the Starbucks web site.Food Distribution Optimization - Analyzed the system and processes utilized to rollout new food products to over 6,000 stores. Documented current practices and developed recommendations to improve the operational efficiency and enhance the system effectiveness. Managed the implementation phase, which included system enhancements, training programs and process re-engineering.

Managed multiple projects consisting of acquisition / divestiture analysis, contract reviews, collateral appraisals and business process improvements. Reported to the CFO.

Managed the national handset warranty exchange program that provided warranty service to over 3 million customers annually. Program included an $80 million budget, 13 vendors, reverse logistics, inventory management and procurement in addition to an order management system utilized by more than 13,000 Customer Service Representatives.

Successfully managed a $635,000 supply chain budget with 20 employees supplying over $15 million of merchandise to three retail stores. Responsible for a 25,000 sq. ft. distribution center that received, processed and distributed product. Managed the delivery of merchandise to customers.
