He radiates ease and also displays it in his work, I've not seen a DevOps issue he wouldn't have resolved within 5-10min at best and 3h at worst. Scariest part about this legend is that he can also do full proper coding so there are cases when a team is busy and infrastructure adjustments can't be implemented in time due to resource strain and you can bet that he will implement said adjustments if it's time sensitive meaning you can rely on him making sure your infrastructure runs smoothly and meets deadlines at least wherever Robert is involved. As a person he is all around a very calm and friendly lad who you can easily learn from if you are willing to listen and he will eagerly teach you if you ask questions and if you struggle with DevOps topic, he will spend time with you and walk you through it making sure you actually come out of the experience with applicable knowledge. I know he is a goldmine of knowledge and I only wish I had more access to him to learn more so he is a solid DevOps Engineer and I'll say if possible he should be your Lead DevOps Engineer."
