I support and companion terminally ill patients and their loved ones at the end of life. We engage in life review, legacy projects, emotional and spiritual concerns and end of life planning. I am an INELDA Certified End of Life Doula (https://inelda.org/). I am also a writer and speaker on themes related to death and the afterlife and have written and acted in a theater piece on Near Death Experiences.

Developed strategies and programs for high levels of employee engagement, talent management, talent acquisition, succession planning, learning and development, motivational compensation and executive compensation. Provided HR leadership on M&A diligence and integration and international expansion.

Directed operations and faculty of innovative graduate level training program for professionals in holistic education, counseling and health. Responsible for admissions, marketing, finance, recruiting and staff development, curriculum design and program delivery. Served as faculty advisor to Masters level students through Lesley College and Beacon College.

Established and managed the undergraduate learning resource center working with faculty and students to support innovative and self directed learning including independent study, group independent study, community based learning, and interdisciplinary concentrations.
