Documented IGS South supported commercial networks. Tracked education, Travel and IT costs for 2nd line manager. Mentored new hires to the network support area. Assisted with the cost reduction of customer networks.

Implemented dynamic definitions of token-ring attached terminals dramatically reducing the amount of coding required to support the network.
