Did the due diligence for host networking on commercial customers bids. Performed project management for the transition of the commercial customer's SAP system and network to IBM Global Services. Documented IGS South supported commercial networks. Tracked education, Travel and IT costs for 2nd line manager. Mentored new hires to the network support area. Assisted with the cost reduction of customer networks.
