The largest restaurant on Small Town Square, the restaurant boasted a front terrace, a beer garden, a dining room and a separate music bar. Open for 19hours a day, and handling many large corporate reservations, as well as romantic couple reservations, and families.My sales and marketing responsibilities included the rebranding of the restaurant to increase customers while lowering costs by focusing more on seasonal and local products and preferences, and offering a unique atmosphere. My duties were to continuously develop and execute new goals and handle all staffing requirements from hiring and scheduling, to lay-offs when required. I was responsible for short- and long-term financial planning of the business, and explaining decisions made to the owners. Highlight: Restructuring which halved the debt owed by the restaurant.
