NAPA provided me with the opportunity to continue the customer service skills developed a mindset of resourcefulness. The time I spent helping customers at the counter made me resourceful as the wealth of issues brought by customers on a daily basis. I thrived in this atmosphere as my problem solving skills satisfied many, and my customer service helped customers feel secure in their time of trouble. NAPA gave me my first opportunity to lead, After my superiors would leave I was in charge of store operations leading to the closing of the store. On weekends I would open the store, set the team up for the day operations as well as manage the delivery routes for our commercial customers.

At the age of 15, this job introduced me to the role of an employee. Working as a Golf Cart Attendant I was able to develop customer service skills that I have carried through my years in the workforce. Presentation was the biggest part of customer service that I developed during my time at this position, as I was responsible for cleaning the golf carts, setting up the practice range, and up-keeping the course restrooms and water stations. These responsibilities I held were attached with high expectations from my superiors in terms of presentation as the slightest misalignment would not go unnoticed and I would be corrected. Apart from the presentation of the course I was high standard of which I presented myself both in appearance and manner. These standards of presentation developed my customer service into one of which I consider it to be my greatest attribute.
