Leading a large single academy trust in Shropshire, with over one thousand, three hundred students and one hundred and seventy staff. Chairing board meetings, developing trustees, working with a governance professional, being involved in senior leadership recruitment (Deputy Heads, Assistant Heads) and leading the performance management of the Headteacher. Developing a new vision for the trust in 2021 and a new five-year plan through to 2026.

Providing consultancy, training and professional services to coaching and training organisations. Helping to define learning personas and pathways and develop strategy to generate new prospective students, nurture students to the right course and pathway, onboard students to an eLearning platform, use automation to progress students through the learning pathway and gather feedback and case studies to amplify the learning outcomes and lead the student to the next learning step. Using fresh eyes to help course creators review strategy, content and structure. Advising on the technical aspects of learning platforms, content and automation. Using learning personas to develop marketing strategies to attract and engage new and existing students. Working with clients in both the UK and US.

Member of the management team and leading a team responsible for purchasing, logistics, quality, training, IT, eCommerce, customer service and CRM. Developing a business analysis dashboard, used by the business to improve sales, customer service and employee engagement year on year. Developed an ecommerce website for products which represented fifteen percent of turnover in its first full year. Worked with an offline marketing team to improve customer data collection and implemented a customer relationship management system. Invited to speak at SAP conferences on the use of business data to enhance employee engagement and business growth. Became the only UK board ambassador, regularly travelled to Germany to meet corporate owner and executive board to advise on vision, strategy and implementation. Responsible for the technical aspects of marketing projects. Creating a strategy for a customer relationship system and rolling out the system throughout the group.
