Co-Director & Lead Cyclist for Bartow Cycling Events in conjunction with Main Street Bartow, Inc., staging two on-road cycling events a year along the scenic back roads of southern Polk County, the Bloomin Bike Ride & the Tour de Tow. BCE is for anyone interested in cycling and is dedicated to promoting quality of life in Bartow using various cycling events. Further objectives are to promote Bartow by encouraging a healthy lifestyle and love of cycling by way of donating new bicycles to foster children and needy children at Christmas. We call them the “Power Pedalers”! In the last four years we have put smiles on the faces of 106 kids presenting them with a new bikes and helmets. Pfeiffer Construction, Inc. built Simply Storage, Inc. in Bartow in 2005. This 156 unit storage facility has had the good fortune to be 85%-100 occupied since we opened. We DO NOT have auctions like you see on shows like "Storage Wars" because we work with our customers to settle up with payments. We do not want to add to a customers financial troubles by taking away or selling off their contents. Sometimes this is all they have left. When we do have auctions, which is rare, no one even shows up the units are often abandoned and contents donated.
