Throughout my career I have merged my legal and healthcare expertise to work within healthcare settings to advance the strategies and objectives of those healthcare companies that have employed me, and, commencing in 2016, for those hospitals and academic medical centers for whom I have been engaged in consultation for services to their International Health Programs. From 2013 to 2016 I served as the Director of Business Development for Boston Children's Hospital's International Program and then served as Leahy Hospital's VP of Business Development for its International Program in 2017.From 2017 to 2021 I have provided consulting services for the International Programs at Lahey Hospital, Keck Medicine of USC, UPenn Medical Center and Children's Hospital of Los Angeles. My responsibilities included: process improvement, operations, contract negotiations, financial modeling and management, CRM and business development strategies, tactics for increasing international patient referrals to my client's Centers of Excellence programs and for building year over year accretive revenue.
