Manage and oversee a team of 7 across 20 clients, to ensure social calendars, digital strategies and general social upkeep is maintained across all accounts. Create content and schedule for 4 clients, across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), TikTok, YouTube, Threads, and Reddit, working on almost all clients calendars throughout my experience. Travel for content captures for clients to get in-real-time content at concerts, festivals, and other events to promote across all social platforms. Communicate across all clients to make sure each manager receives the proper information they need to complete their monthly social calendars and quarterly digital strategy campaigns. Strategize quarterly digital campaigns to bring fresh content ideas surrounding big moments for clients. Redesigned the logo, website, flyers and graphics for the organization. Coordinated a social media campaign to gain new prospects for support groups offered. Produced a YouTube series highlighting stories from families the organization has helped and share information families need access to.

Researched and assisted with specific campaign to onboard 200+ new clients. Supported Director of Marketing to achieve goals for strategic partnerships and social, experiential, and content marketing. Aided in planning efforts for Music Biz 2019, the Association's annual event in Nashville with more than 100 events and 300 speakers.

Boosted Instagram engagement by retheming posts to broadcast cohesion with the brand. Created 10 promotional events over 5 months to help achieve year-end financial goals.

Designed 15 social media posts/posters to promote the concert. Committed 20 volunteer hours across multiple events to help raise awareness about the non-profit organization.
