The objective of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee is to provide leadership and resources to help GBTA member organizations balance the social, economic and environmental impact of their business travel programs.

Responsible for day to day travel operations management including meeting planning and conference sourcing, contract/vendor relations and negotiations, and policy compliance and performance metrics analysis. Created new travel and meetings policies and implemented new online travel tool for organization.

Responsible for global management and negotiation of air/hotel/car contracts with total T&E of approximately $5 million. Performance metrics analysis, monitoring and compliance with multiple data streams into presentations to all levels of management. Training of agents and cross functional teams within the studio practices. Created new travel policy and sustainability measures for the firm

Responsible for the activities of the corporate travel and meeting department within the larger Procurement department, including management and negotiation of air/hotel/car contracts in excess of $12 million annually. Presentation to all levels of management up to and including the President/CEO regarding performance and savings metrics. Conducted quarterly training delivery including price to value relationships of products, services and contracts. Maintain, create and manage database systems containing savings, project status and decision documentation.

Analyze and deliver program guidelines and initiatives for process improvement across key functions and work groups. Indentify and create sustainable expense savings initiatives and program guidelines for multiple commodities focusing on Travel analysis and RFP development. Recruit, supervise and facilitate cross functional teams. Apply intervention guidelines to project and employee progress.

Responsible for all aspects of Project Management and move functions for approximately 1000 people, including 2 Call Centers. Provide single point of contact to customers and vendors, as well as CADD design and order input and specification. Coordinate status meetings with effected parties to ensure project success.
