For me, nutrition is the foundation that started it all. I have been working on nutrition in all my courses. Connecting food, tells something about the person, food creates fun. The joint preparation and also the consumption of the compound. Food is different every day, and each time it gives a new challenge to make a nice composition. For me, nutrition is an experience, whether it is an ingredients, or a combined dish /product. The Basics lies in nature which gives us countless possibilities to do something with food products. Working with food is a challenge and a pleasure to do every day. Engaging nutrition every day, and not just eating, but involving other people in the possibilities of nutrition. Learn from other people how they handle products that are available. In 2017 I started as salesmanager at Holland Ingredients. the natural colors attracted me. Basically only natural products, so close to the basis of nature and therefore less harmful to nature.
