I am a Managing Partner of Primary Recruiting Services and Practice Leader of our Energy team which specializes in full time permanent placement of power generation and industrial plant professionals as well as in the construction space.We have developed an in-depth database of power plant personnel that are currently in the market from various plants. Through our headhunting approach we have created and maintained professional relationships with key management and plant level personnel.Our objective is to provide our clients with talent that they’re not seeing through your typical job board posts or searches. We accomplish this by continuously networking with power plant individuals throughout the country.My duties at PRS are:- Full life cycle recruiting which includes: sourcing, screening/qualifying, references, interviewing, salary and contract negotiations, closing candidates- Responsible for recruiting for numerous skill sets in the power plant operations & maintenances industries- Used a variety of methods to source for candidates including: Headhunting, internal database, Job boards (CareerBuilder, Monster, etc.), Social networking sites (LinkedIn), etc.- Work closely with sales and operations personnel to maintain a team approach and ensure healthy candidate pipeline- Used Bullhorn database to input candidate information, track activity and source for candidates
