Client needed to track all external database queries hitting the iSeries from ODBC connections via C# programs and other End User database query tools. Using the iSeries DB_Monitor command I created a series of CL programs that dumped the output data from the DB_Monitor results to a report. The auditing was enabled locally by the ODBC Administrator on the Client PC. • Instructed Staff on iSeries SQL and DB2/400 Database Files. Provided instruction on the differences between the two methods in performance.
