• Program Manager (Contract) – Eligibility Solutions (April, 2014 – October 2014) - $2.5 million + budgeto Responsible for managing a team of 14 people who developed custom eligibility solutions for all lines of business. Team included business analysts, solution architects, IT Manager, and Business Leads.o Successfully moved the team from a home grown SDLC to a more standard SDLC approach. o Demonstrated to the team the value of bringing QA up front in the development cycle and the team successfully released into production their first zero-defect code set.o Successfully sold the enterprise on the value of a Business Owner and a Product Advisory Board made up of those business units who were significantly impacted by the eligibility process. Both are in place and providing leadership direction to the team.o Part of leadership team managing and implementing Merger of TakeCare Health with OnPremise and splitting company out of Walgreens• Sr. Project Manager (Contract) – Occupational Health Systems (June, 2012 – April, 2014 - $6 million + budgeto Responsible for rolling out a new web based solution for 50+ clients and ~140 locations. Duties included project planning, interfacing with clients to ensure requirements were met, performing data analysis, and managing vendor relationshipso Data conversions were being completed by external vendor with many of the conversions failing and several re-conversions required. Developed a “best practice” approach and became responsible for the conversion of three legacy systems into the new web based solution. The new approach allowed the project to get back on track with the original planned finish.o Managed a team of three internal people who mapped 4,000+ tables to the new database, created 1500+ ETL procedures to extract data, reconcile, and audit data, and created a quality circle to ensure data is being converted properly.
