My job is to help the team set a strategy in which people see themselves, to help the team execute with discipline to give people confidence, to help the team craft a culture around which people rally, and to help the team attract, develop, and keep a world-class team of people united in cause. My job is to help the team focus on people to drive strategy, execution, and culture, making our vision a reality and our future assured. My personal and professional lives are integrated. You’ll find me at Ohio State University football games, playing with my five grandchildren, on the golf course or on a boat or in a swimming pool, on trips to the beach with my family, and sitting on a deck, or a dock, staring into the horizon, dreaming about leadership, people, and how we set each other up for success.
