Leader of technology services operations for CTG, with the defined pillars: Infrastructure Support, Applications Support, End User Computing (EUC), Service Desk, and Knowledge Management. Responsible for the mentorship, leadership, and development of 26 technology professionals within the CTG Enterprise Services team. Responsible for development and management of the strategic vision and project team for the global ITSM program. Responsible for launch of global capabilities and tools to connect a diverse global team of 180+ IT & Technology professionals. Leader of the CTG Enterprise Services’ project intake, capacity planning, resource management, and execution requirements and processes incorporating the agile development methodology.Owner of governance to the global EUC strategy. Responsible for global optimization and standardization of hardware and software environments. Develop global partnerships with OEMs, VARs, and managed service provides (MSP) to meet the technical and operational demands of the global Covetrus business. Partner with CTG IT leaders to maximize business continuity, server & system up time, emergency escalation and response, 24/7 emergency response teams, and business communications. Develop and oversee service level management, data analytics, reporting, and related communications.
