Overseeing all operations at the local census office level in Santa Clara. In charge of 9 cities in Santa Clara County and all of Santa Cruz County. Worked with local city and county officials and community leaders to do outreach and spread the news and importance of the Census. Led 5 Assistant Managers and over 1200 field employees through the Non-Response Follow up. Consistently ranked as one of the top offices in the Seattle Region.

Opened up the San Jose Office for the U.S. Census Bureau as Asst, Manager for Quality Assurance. Worked with recruiting to hire and develop employees for the 2010 census. Overall saw the writing of the strategic plan for the Address Canvassing operation which employed 500+, receiving top rating in the Seattle Regions offices.

Recruited to implement the ISO 9001:2000. Facilitated supervisor and management training programs and assisted in interviewing and hiring new employees. Coordinated all processes with the ISO implementation from writing procedures, processes and auditing. Completed and successfully achieve certification in 4 months.
