With over 25+ years of experience in corporate real estate, I am a passionate and action-oriented leader who believes in delivering the highest level of service to my clients. I am currently the National IFM Director for JLL on the Wells Fargo Account, where I manage and optimize the integrated facilities management (IFM) programs nationally for the account. I have the privilege of leading an amazing team across the US to ensure client satisfaction, consistency and best practices in processes, systems, and reporting. In prior roles I've managed several Fortune 50 HQ locations and I began my career in commercial real estate brokerage and am a licensed real estate broker in North & South Carolina. I hold the CPM, CCIM, and LEED AP credentials, which reflect my expertise and commitment to the property management, commercial investment, and sustainability fields. I am also a strong advocate of ethics, teamwork, and customer service, and I enjoy being challenged and learning from my peers and clients. On a personal level, I am blessed with a great family and a life of service to others. I have been involved in various non-profit efforts and mission trips to support those in need and to make a positive impact on the world. I love traveling, volunteering, and being active.
