I also managed and maintained all ISO documentation for coating department and serve as active member of VPP ergonomics team for VPP star certified site as well as co-owner of EHS framework 2.0 element 5 risk assessment. Additionally, I launched new LCIR+ coating and LPCVD coater on-line with $1.3M budget, converted coating control system to Cimplicity and VB net and migrated 2nd IR+ LPCVD coater on-line with $2M budget. Applying hands-on technical skills, I ensured the reliability, functionality and efficiency of equipment and processes. I programmed, maintained and troubleshot two separate robot work cells containing Adept A-3 robot and controlled by Adept S series MC controller with machine vision. I also steered quality control initiatives, handled material efficiency, and machine efficiency statistical analysis and reports. Demonstrating seasoned analytical thinking, I re-engineered processes and served as lead process expert to assist program managers with restarting MINI-MOD group and producing new automotive HIR lamps. Additionally, I initiated and maintained QS9000 process control documentation.
