My entrepreneurial mindset continuously focusses on process improvement. Understanding, simplifying, and digitizing processes is key in my approach (USA-principle). I lead organizational wide improvement projects with multidisciplinary teams. As Manager Service & Operations I am responsible for the departments: warehouse & logistics, assembly, service, and quality. I have a close affiliation with IT management helping to get out strategy fully implemented. I do this key user for various software applications (e.g., Infor ERP, Power BI, Centix, Office) and as member of the Change Advisory Board.I am a true people manager that enjoys translating strategy to people and process, with dedicated change management. I pay a lot of attention to the personal wellbeing of my colleagues; our front-line employees make the success of our organization. The way I manage is focused on ensuring that my colleagues feel safe, trust me, build a growth mindset, and believe in themselves to constantly keep learning and developing. My experience is that with a team that feels the safety to make mistakes, you achieve great things and let people excel as individuals.Working safely is important to me. As HSE coordinator I am responsible for Holmatro's SCC* management system, and I participate in the Health, Safety, and Environment Committee of the Holmatro group.
