Responsible for leading the Global Talent Acquisition teams including, Operations/Programs, University and Contingent Workforce organization. 60+ person team including recruiters, sourcers, coordinators, product and program managers, and talent marketers.Define and lead Intuit's global University Recruiting and Intern program strategy to hire 900 intern, co-op and new college grad hires annually. Develop strong relationships and links to universities through the Career Services, faculty, and alumni to increase on campus brand awareness. Create a UR diversity sourcing strategy that includes building strong external partnerships with student groups, associations and HBCUsOversee the implementation and management of a $240M contingent workforce program. Global MSP and VMS, 50+ supplier partners, program financials, compliance and KPIs. 3000 hires/year across 12 countries. Actively lead and champion best in class recruitment technology applications and process improvement for the TA function. Enabling technologies including two ATS (Taleo, ICIMs), CRM and Marketing tools (Avature, SmashFly), ERP (Rolepoint) Lead the A4A interview assessment team and processes across Intuit. 2500+ managers and assessment team members trained on interview and A4A best practices. Hired and led Intuit's first Talent Marketing team. Introduced best in class marketing solutions into day to day TA operations.
