LexDAO is a non-profit association of legal engineering professionals that brings the traditional legal settlement layer to code, and coded agreements to the masses. Facilitated, coordinate helped negotiate the purchase of Diagnostic Reference Group, LLC. Later changing its name to Ascenda BioSciences, LLC, the company provided molecular, cutting edge, PCR/DNA technology and tested for multiple bacteria, parasites, viruses, and health risk markers to provide information on how it relates to inflammatory markers, autoimmune and metabolic disorders, and other chronic diseases. As counsel, served as a legal advisor on relevant business operations and corporate related matters. and meticulously drafted contracts based on comprehensive research to collaborate with other companies in the medical industry. Assisted in navigating sensitive HR, employment, and doctor related matters. In June 2019, facilitated and oversaw Ascenda BioSciences’ negotiation and acquisition of Provista Diagnostics, Inc. (“Provista”). Prior to acquisition, Provista invested over $50 million in research and development. mong its intellectual property are over forty patents. Provista is the developer of Videssa® Breast, the first blood test of its kind to detect breast cancer in women with abnormal imaging findings.

Oversaw and conducted zealous litigation and engaged in marathon negotiations to acquire Directed Manufacturing, Inc. (DM); a rapid manufacturing company that produces additively manufactured parts, components, and assemblies, in both plastics and metals. DM specializes in layer-built direct digital manufacturing processes, including plastic laser sintering and direct metal laser sintering. The part depicted and tested in the NASA video was built by DM.In January 2014, RTI International Metals, Inc. (NYSE:RTI) acquired DM, the leader in Additive Manufacturing of metals and plastics for both commercial production and engineering development, for $23 million in cash.

Co-founded a cryptocurrency mining farm in which over 50 mining rigs were built by hand; government power supply to the facility was upgraded and enhanced, and Ethereum Classic was mined then converted to Litecoin and Bitcoin.Through mining, the company engaged as a trustless decentralized mechanism by which Ethereum Classic helped secure its network. The company deployed its computing power to process transactions and help secure the network against 51% (double spend) attacks. The company worked together with other miners to identify valid transactions, and disregard those that are unverified, using its energy to further secure the blockchain.
