Served as a Principal Engineer and Program Manager responsible for developing, managing and marketing Signalscape technologies to customers in the Intelligence and Law Enforcement Communities. Lead cross-functional teams of engineers to successfully execute against proposed budgets and schedules.Member of the Signalscape Program Management Office (2009-2013) responsible for identifying technology R&D roadmaps and corporate business plans. Led the development, architecture design and business planning of the WASPCollect system that serves as the technology foundation for the StarWitness Field Interviewer. Developed the core REST APIs, Android app and web interface that serve as the main interfaces for streaming video and controlling the Field Interviewer.Designed and developed the hardware for a variety of wireless systems, Internet of Things (IoT) devices and embedded Linux platforms. Geowake is a pioneering start-up focused on delivering nautical mapping solutions across both web and mobile platforms. Our services integrate NOAA nautical charts, navigation-aids, marine forecasts, alerts and real-time weather on an interactive Google Map so our users can explore the waterways.Through our network of partner websites we are currently available to over 600k boaters worldwide and have had over 1.2M visitors since 2009. As co-founder, my responsibilities extended to the overall design, development, management and technical direction of Geowake products and services. In April 2011, Geowake was acquired and will become part of the Marinas.com network of websites.
