Oracle 11g 24/7 mission critical CRM and its 1+tb. Analytics Data warehouse: approximately 22 mil. records purged monthly on each system. Purge application implementation resulted in significant ROI due to significantly reduced organic growth, higher performance and easier maintenance (prior to the purge some objects were too big to be worked on in a 12 hr. window). * Reverse engineered and documented INfOR CRM including ER and data dictionary. * Created PL/SQL reports via scheduled and DB triggered email as needed by internal business and performance team. * Audit group and peer SQL support and mentoring * Advocate for strong Oracle technology utilization, group went from almost no Oracle out of box capability to active tuning, table partitioning, compression, PL/SQL programming and significant utilization of Oracle technologies. When my contract ended the systems were smaller, faster, more resilient and better managed.
