Welcome, I’m Robert Digings.My work is all about maps, boxes and relationships.Q1 How well have you updated the maps you learnt in childhood to navigate your life, love and work? If you’ve not yet done that, they’ll be well out-of-date.Q2 How big is the box you’ve created to live your life in? Imagine what it would be like if it were bigger.Q3 In the end, success is determined by relationships - how good is the one you have with yourself? That’s where to start.As an executive coach and team development consultant I work with senior individuals and exec teams that want bigger boxes, better relationships and more accurate maps.I’m particularly interested in the challenges of leadership and collaboration, relational dynamics, creating meaning and fulfilment, archetypes and shadow, essential qualities and the transpersonal.As this kind of work is all about people and leadership, it easily translates across sectors, including transport, legal, hospitality, manufacturing, banking and retail.Clients include Network Rail, Travelodge, GWR, LTS International, Land Rover, BBC, Lily's Kitchen, Rail Benefit Fund, Capital One and Leon Restaurants.I’ve spent 1000s of hours working with individuals, teams and groups helping people explore what it is to be human, including teaching the Hoffman Process in the UK for 3 years.
