Academic Recruiters handle all aspects of student recruitment:• Proactively respond to new student inquiries via phone and email • Interview prospective students to determine their backgrounds, goals, and objectives through a 1 on 1 career planning session• Provide interactive campus tours helping the student in the decission making process• Help students evaluate options, probe for needs, define and over come obstacles, misconceptions and misunderstandings in achieving academic success• Educate prospective students on the benefits of "Dorsey experience" high-quality academic programs, convenient locations, and flexible course schedules • Assist students with the application process and partner with other departments and finalize enrollments • Consistently achieve quarterly performance objectives • Follow-up with students to provide ongoing encouragement and support

Responsible for account management in six states in the US and three provinces in Canada. Worked collaboratively with library directors and faculty in support curriculum requirements through need assessment. Lead customers through virtual demos and set up of proxy trials. Provided RFQ’s and explained TOS agreements. Monthly CRM of top 100 clients. Actively mined in-house data base for new customers and business development. • Delivered 2.3 M in sales, coming in at 112% of yearly sales goal.• Opened existing third tier customer to the purchase of a 50K database.• Advised on the launch of a new nursing database, end user needs and training roll-out.• Worked in tandem with other colleagues to mentor new account managers.• Worked with department manager on lunch and ‘learn and learns’, topic content and post testing measurements.• Responsible for territory goals, quarterly forecasts and reports.
